Did you know Belwin’s Education Site has pockets of oak savanna too? This year, we invite our donors and volunteers to join us for two Saturdays of hiking through oak savanna, wetlands, prairie, and woodland at Belwin’s Education Site, 1553 Stagecoach Trail S in Afton.
Our supporters help us protect native habitats and keep them healthy for everyone to experience. They also provide a safe place for children to learn about and connect to nature. To say thanks, we’re once again opening one of Belwin’s more secluded spots for two Saturdays of hiking. This time, join us for a day of hiking starting at the Hilltop Savanna at Belwin’s Education Site. Come say hello and revisit Belwin’s original stomping grounds on this 225-acre parcel. Bring a friend! No RSVP necessary.
