Take Me to the River: Art At Belwin

Sunday, October 6th
12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Savanna Center, Savanna Hills, and Tallgrass Trails

Explore the intersection between art and conservation at Belwin Conservancy. Come out to the Savanna Hills, a 246 acre oak savanna restoration, where you can see a preview of "Pentimento: Helen Allison Savanna," an upcoming gallery show featuring photography and a documentary film by Regina M Flanagan.

Normally closed to the public, you'll be able to hike this restored area and view "The Coming Soil," an immersive installation by Tom Bierlein. While at Belwin, you can also stop by Tallgrass Trails to view "Roaming Stone," a sculpture by David Sprecher featuring imprints from Belwin's bison herd.
